Step 1.) Soft wash the substrates with a Simple Green solution or a solution that is adequate (Spray Nine etc.). We utilize Simple Green to ensure adequate cleanliness for adhesion and to protect your plants from toxic chemicals that can destroy them.

Step 2.) Power wash the substrates with a turble nozzle to remove dirt, grime, grease, and loose paint etc.

Step 3.) Repair any wood rot surfaces.

Step 4.) Scrape and sand where needed to ensure a smooth substrate for adhesion and appearance. 

Step 5.) Blow substrates where needed with air compressor to ensure a dust free substrate for adhesion and appearance. 

Step 6.) Caulk or silicone all areas in need to ensure everything is sealed

Step 7.) Apply masking and lay drop clothes on areas that aren't going to receive paint or primer. This ensures all areas are adequately protected from paint droplets and spill.

Step 8.) Spot prime all areas in need of primer to ensure proper adhesion.

Step 9.) Apply first top-coat of paint/stain.

Step 10.) Apply second coat of paint.

Step 11.) Perform touch-ups where needed.
